The incumbent will be part of Talent Acquisition team located in Gurgaon and be instrumental in enhancing our recruitment processes through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. This role necessitates a solid foundation in HR analytics, recruitment metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience of HR analytics in a Conglomerate (Manufacturing or any NON IT) would be an added advantage.
- Proven experience 8 years + in HR analytics, preferably in recruitment analytics or talent acquisition analytics.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience in Designing , create, and maintain comprehensive recruitment dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technology platforms.
- Experience in process optimization, efficiency improvements, and automation in recruitment workflows
- Responsible for end to end Master MIS data Management and analysis of recruitment data, encompassing candidate details ,sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill,and other pertinent metrics, to detect trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
- Formulate and execute recruitment analytics strategies and initiatives to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the entire recruitment process.
- Design, create, and maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and visualizations to deliver actionable insights to HR stakeholders, recruiters, and management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to determine essential recruitment metrics and performance indicators that align with business goals and objectives
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of recruitment data through regular audits and data validation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and automation in recruitment workflows, utilizing data insights and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HRIS, to ensure smooth integration and data flow between recruitment systems and other HR systems.
