- Developed an integrated reporting and analytics dashboard for senior leadership

- Identified and defined key performance indicators and red flag scenarios across the HR lifecycle

- Created storyboards and wireframes to support the technology team in the development of the dashboards

- Designed a framework for the human resource function that was scalable and replicable for all group companies

- Interacted with HR centre of expertise leads to evaluate current processes and recommend changes

- Developed a 100 day implementation plan to support adoption of the designed framework

- Conducted a diagnostic and made recommendation to enhance existing processes and policies

- Created job descriptions and conducted a compensation benchmarking exercise for unique job roles

- Designed a framework for the performance management system and developed a policy manual
