Roles and responsibilities: - Design, implement and administer the organization's compensation and benefits programmes and activities so that they meet the organization's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. - Manages compensation programs from design to implementation. Understands and analyzes compensation data and ensures key plan features are in alignment with business strategy and are competitive and affordable. - Participate in market and salary surveys as required. - Assist in annual merit, bonus and equity grant process - Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines - Ensure all employees understand our compensation philosophy and believe its fair. - Participate in annual Salary &amp; Benefits Surveys to ensure market competitiveness - Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals. - Support in designing and drafting standard guideline Compensation &amp; benefits policies HR Analytics Management: - Candidates with a strong inclination towards numbers, Excel spread sheets, formulae, queries and other basic software applications - Required to interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily /weekly / monthly basis - Required to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports - Ability to run queries and cull out specific reports from various systems - Coordinating and managing all Database Responsibilities - Required to suggest process improvements/efficiencies for the sub-process or for the entire process - Ability to work/stretch long hours during critical assignments - Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner - Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance - Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency Knowledge and skills required - Candidate should possess excellent knowledge on Excel, Powerpointand Access - Good analytical skills in analysing and interpreting numbers and charts - Well-organized, highly efficient, keen eye for detail - Work effectively in diverse group of people Job requirements :&nbsp; Educational qualification: College Degree, preferably a Master's degree in human resources or equivalent.
