What will your day look like :
- Scope, build, deliver and automate reporting products and processes
- Lead delivery of reporting needs across multiple subject matters, including leading working groups with other analysts
- Advanced data visualisation, communication, and storytelling (executive-ready products)
- Scalable and repeatable analysis, using technology to dynamically link, join and analyse data sets
- Complete, improve and enhance regular reporting products and processes
- Seek, find, extract, transform and use multiple data sets to solve problems and complete tasks
- Manage complex ad hoc tasks and interact with business stakeholders
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting in a coordinated way
- Respond to adhoc queries.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Assist HR Business Partners scope problems, then complete analysis, visualise and communicate findings
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to workshop, uncover and ensure buy-in to new strategic people insights
Reporting metrics :
- Complex, multidisciplinary HR matters, including leave, learning, recognition, FTE/headcount, cost, reward/pay, recruitment, turnover, health, safety, wellbeing, ER, diversity/inclusion, talent, performance, and employee research.

- Ideally experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Qualtrics and Google Cloud platforms.
- Preferred tertiary qualified in Data Analytics, Mathematics or Science or similar
