- Supports the human resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze organization-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
- Develops and maintains HR scorecards/dashboards and other HR reporting framework and templates.
- Ensures data analysis and metrics are available, in a user friendly, secure, accurate and well-presented manner for a range of stakeholders.
- Develops and consolidates various reports using business intelligence software and best practice approaches.
