- Regular cadence around qlickview dashboard to gain insights around various HR matrix, highlight specific trends, high risk aspect
- Support HR COEs in their functional analytics as per the need
- Be the SPOC for all analytical tools - retention, role adjacency for the HR team, share regular updates around the usage, engage with stakeholders to address challenges if any
- Be the SPOC for external vendor managing exit interview, regularly engage on the insights gathered, share with the team and ensure required action is taken
- Design and put in place tracking and feedback mechanisms to allow for capturing of actions and impact on business outcomes due to the implementation of analytics solutions
- Work closely with Singapore team in defining country parameters for new analytical tools
