Job Profile :
Reporting to the Head - HR, your responsibilities will include :
- Designing and Execution of the compensation and benefits strategy for all employees.
- Analysing, evaluating and recommending best practices for compensation design and employee benefits
- Leading compensation benchmarking surveys.
- Managing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders.
- Designing ESOP Plan
- Managing the entire HR operations portfolio including payroll, HR analytics, Exit management and HR dashboards
- Conducting job evaluations and leading year end appraisal cycles
- Bring in new Employee Engagement initiatives
