HR Analytics Product Owner for biopharmaceutical MNC
Core Responsibilities :
- Crafting Product Vision : Formulate and communicate a compelling vision for HR analytics products and services that harmonizes with overarching business goals.
- Requirements Articulation : Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp their analytics requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications, ensuring precise analytical definitions.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning : Develop and sustain a roadmap aligned with business objectives, outlining the strategic trajectory and priorities for analytics products and services. Regularly monitor progress, adapting priorities in response to evolving needs.
- Effective Backlog Management : Prioritize and oversee the product backlog, ensuring it consistently reflects high-value items and is dynamically adjusted based on shifting business demands.
- Collaboration Across Functions : Forge strong partnerships with data scientists, data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of analytics projects.
- Product Development Oversight : Supervise the development and deployment of analytics solutions, guaranteeing alignment with defined requirements and upholding high-quality standards. Ensure optimal utilization of data sources for HR analytics.
- User Adoption and Engagement : Promote user adoption of analytics products through training sessions, ongoing support, and continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance the overall user experience.
- Performance Metrics Establishment : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the impact of analytics products on the business, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Analytical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of analytics concepts and techniques, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with data analysis tools, data visualization platforms, and statistical modeling techniques, preferably Angular and Power BI.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership Capability: Proficient in leading and motivating a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Business Acumen: Insight into the business domain and industry trends, enabling effective decision-making and alignment of analytics initiatives with business goals.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to identify and resolve complex analytical and technical challenges, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytics solutions.
