Business Analytics/Data Analytics
Responsibilities:
- Looking for a HR Analytics Manager who has experience in building people analytics capabilities from the scratch along with expertise in HR analytics, HR metrics, python/R, statistical modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
- 5+-8 yrs. experience working with HR Analytics systems and reporting tools
- Encouraging a culture of continuous service improvement
- Understanding of process automation, quality framework desirable
- People Analytics (Data Visualizations Power BI, ClickView, R, Python etc...Macro
- Must have excellent knowledge in Advanced Excel/VBA skills
- Problem solving, critical thinking, Analytical
- Good understanding of the business ethics
- Project Management/Project experience (Not mandatory)
