Need Bangalore based candidates only  HR ANALYST:  Under direct supervision, responsible for supporting the human resource function by performing a variety of general duties including HR MIS reporting & analysis, compensation administration and coordination.   Participates in a variety of team and client support activities. Builds and maintains strong relationships with HR partners and clients by demonstrating a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent client service skills, and delivering on commitments to others.  Works effectively both in a team and independently. Utilizes strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to complete tasks and projects accurately and on time. Demonstrates strong research, problem solving, and analytical skills.  KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:  - Basic Knowledge of the HR function & organization structure  - Ability to apply oneself on simple HR issues & suggest solutions is important  - Attention to detail is an important facet to the job  - Excellent interpersonal skills are required for working with inter-organizational teams  - Should have good analytical abilities  - He or she will have to do the data related work, so must have the ability to organize data and distinguish confidential data   - Is expected to come with the proposals to improve the HR services for the internal and external clients  PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES  The principle responsibilities of the HR Analyst may include, but may not be limited to, the following;  - Delivering regular HR Metrics scorecards to the stakeholders.   - Handling HR budget, Planning, Expat expenses, Headcount forecasting & all other expenses  - Work on Talent placement reports for APAC HR Head for the APAC Leadership team meetings  - Manage Distribution lists in India HR & APAC HR  - Official title Nomination process  - Promotions / IJP’s / MiM’s  - Review Compensation changes.  - Share regional updates in the global HRA call and share knowledge with the other HRA’s  - Maintain the Exit Tracker on Share Drive  - Should administer the HRC & HR Manager’s Directs folders on shared Drive  - Maintain the HRC Alignment list  - Administer in all HR related staff activities such as Quarterly HR Town Hall, Quarterly/Monthly Global HR Meetings.  - Assist HR visitors with their schedules when on visit to Bangalore  Knowledge of different systems in Myplace  - HCM Analytics  - Performance management  - Talent assessment & Succession planning  - Compensation planning tool  - Time & Labour  - Staff & Position management  - Learning & development  - Recruiting (reqs & Brass ring basics)  Reports regularly generated & worked on  - Headcount  - Risk report  - Attrition  - Overtime  - Shift  - Span of Control  - Performance Management – reports on status & compliance (expectations setting, Mid & Final yr review periods, late & missing documents)  - PM – reports on actual rating & work on distribution curve  - Support on Succession planning, identification of Key roles & talent assessment & reporting on the same  - Usage of the HCM Analytics tool  - Leaves (Taken , Carried forward, accrued etc) includes all leaves  - HRC Code of Conduct – compliance reports  - 5 day absence – compliance report  - Anniversary reports  - Compensation Input verification  - Maintaining files of Exit interview questionnaires (prior to implementation on Myplace)  EXPERIENCE & REQUISITES:  2 or more years of experience in an HR administrative or equivalent role. Highly proficient with MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and has knowledge of HR Systems (Peoplesoft, Sharepoint, etc.).  Experience in HR Metrics and Reporting will be an added advantage.
