- Ability to research, analyze, and represent data as assigned.
Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
- Meet with management to discuss and clarify requests for projects, highlight issues, and make recommendations to address issues and priorities.
- Write detailed reports and make oral presentations to management and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot data and reports.
- Assist in rollout and implementation of HR e-commerce applications.
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
- Data management - accurate and detailed data input in other internal database systems.
- Candidate Care - proactive candidate care, ensure candidate applications are monitored and status is communicated.
Years of Exp Required: Min 3 years
Job Skills Required:
- Prior experience in E-commerce and online application will be beneficial.(Not Mandatory)

- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Expert on Google AdWords and other online advertising platforms
