HR Analyst - Business Partner Role - Bank - TISS/XLRI Only

Looking for HR professional, TISS/ XLRI Pass out only, Batch 2012/ 2013/2014 for an HR Analyst role for a leading Private Sector Bank in Mumbai.

- Partnering with other Support Functions/Business on organization-wide Attrition Management and other HR related projects.

- Devising and reporting of metrics of different HR sub-units.

- Identifying areas of improvement and driving re-engineering opportunities with other HR-sub functions e.g. Training, Recruitment

- Leading and partnering in organization-wide special projects in areas spanning system automation, workflow solutions, six sigma, e-recruitment.

- Partnering with HR Generalists/Specialists to provide Analytical and general support on all key activities like Audits, Projects etc.

The role holder will work closely with the CHRO on various HR projects.
