- Set up HR Process and Systems framework
- Designing & implementing policies, procedures & employee handbook
- Change Management & Value Alignment
- Manpower Audit to understand talent capability
- Working on creating a performance driven culture within organization that add value to revenue
- Ensuring maximum Employee Engagement plan that helps the organization in achieving zero attrition and high profit margins.
- Taking cost cutting initiatives and align HR with business strategy of the company
- Build organization structure of SMBs
- Carrying out surveys & market research in order to help organizations gain competitiveness
