Role - 

- Managing multiple projects in various aspects of strategic and tactical HR in and across different industries

- Managing HR functions for projects varying in revenue size of 50 Crs to 1500 Crs across industries

- Defining value, vision & competencies of the organization & strategy to align organization with its vision

- Set up HR Process and Systems framework

- Designing & implementing policies, procedures & employee handbook

- Change Management & Value Alignment

- Manpower Audit to understand talent capability

- Working on creating a performance driven culture within organization that add value to revenue

- Ensuring maximum Employee Engagement plan that helps the organization in achieving zero attrition and high profit margins.

- Taking cost cutting initiatives and align HR with business strategy of the company

- Build organization structure of SMBs

- Carrying out surveys & market research in order to help organizations gain competitiveness

- Talent management
