HR Advisory - BPO - XLRI/TISS/SCM

Looking for an HR ADVISOR for MNC organization based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and implement HR plan and strategy for the function

- Design and implement organization structure

- Advise functional Leader on people matters, health of operations and change management

- Provide guidance and support to the team of HR Managers in proactive solutions to the business challenges.

Requirements:

- Only TIER-1 B-school (XLRI/TISS/ SCMHRD/ MHROD) candidate with 6+ years of experience will be eligible.

- Candidate should be working in Consulting Organization.
