HR Advisor - HR Outsourcing

Our Client is a world renowned leading HR Outsourcing firm and has a position open for HR Advisor.

This role is responsible for supporting the formation and enhancing the performance of the recently formed group – Global Operations by identifying HR solutions and strategies required to support the business goals and objectives. This role influences talent strategy for the Global Operations business group and ensures adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Global Operations has been formed to further differentiate our solutions through superior operational excellence across outsourcing and consulting and ensure an optimal client delivery model that will improve client satisfaction. This group has the overall responsibility for driving consistency and improved operational performance across the firm in key areas, including the way we deliver the customer experience, integrated client service delivery and governance, analytics, and supply chain management.

In India, Global Operations has around 600 colleagues working from NCR; Mumbai; delivering best in class value added services to the Client business teams in India.

Background required

- Max 12 years of professional HR experience.

- Successful track record in consulting with internal or external clients with experience in handling complex HR issues.

- Demonstrated ability in partnering with senior business or HR leaders in developing & executing HR strategies.

- Experience working in a matrix environment and local/ global projects.

Other:

- Location – Gurgaon.

- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones as well as working in a virtual team environment.

- Must be able and willing to work as per the calendar worked by the Global Operations team in service to clients.
