Handling HR & Admin related work .
Must have:
- 8+years of experience in MNC Manufacturing company.
- Assist in making job offers in consultation with the local HR lead and the hiring manager and assist in monitoring performance of new employees (as required) during probationary period of employment; preparing HR documents such as employment contracts
- Responsible for all administrative duties prior to onboarding new employees; Participate in new employee induction of new employees, assist in providing OJT plans in consultation with local HR lead and hiring manager
- Process a variety of confidential information and complex forms and ensuring legal compliance eg. Revising HR policies, Employment application, benefits enrolment, employee status change, pay change, personal information change, termination, exit interviews, etc
- Responsible for maintaining HR manual documentation and related systems/ databases up to date - Brassring, Peoplesoft (Workday in future), and OPR
- Responsible for payroll administration for GEC, including keep current with changes in labor legislations impacting payroll administration
