We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of HR functions within our organization. As the sole HR professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees, implementing HR policies and procedures, and driving initiatives to enhance our workplace culture.

Location: Aerocity / Delhi.

Reporting to: Center Head.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Develop and implement effective onboarding/offboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and are set up for success from day one.

- Implement compensation and performance review process for annual appraisals, work with payroll/HR support vendor to ensure smooth functioning of HR/payroll processes.

- Work with team leads/HoDs to ensure resource planning and hiring requirements are up to date and prepare recruitment plan accordingly.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

- Promote a positive work culture through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.

- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, leave balances, and HRIS data. Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

- Identify training needs (in co-ordination with team leads/HoDs) and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.

- Facilitate training sessions on topics such as effective communication, professional conduct, conflict resolution, POSH, diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and leadership development.

- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and company objectives.

- Communicate changes in policies and ensure compliance across the organization.

- Organize regular team-building events and activities.

- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and insights on workplace satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Required Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR role, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.

- Proven experience in HR roles, including talent acquisition, talent & rewards management, performance management, employee relations and engagement, policy implementation, compliance and training.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Payroll management.

- Ability to conduct recruitment independently.

- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- HR certification is a plus.
