H&PS Payer advisor

Job description may include the following :

- Candidate should have 6+ years of experience working in the Healthcare Industry with experience in Health business with IT.

- Candidate should have experience working with commercial payers or with public health agencies (payers)

- Candidate should have deep industry experience and should have worked in two or more of the following areas - Claims, E&B, Provider Network management, Consumerism, Provider Contracting & Networks, Risk-based Payment Models.

- Candidate should be familiar with aspects such as Business Process Improvements, Market Expansion Strategy, Innovation/Business Transformation

Eligibility :

- An MBA from a Top Tier Institute is desirable.

Key Competencies & Characteristics :

- Candidate will be a part of the Client Network and will have base location in India (Chennai/Bangalore).

- Candidate will perform any/all of the activities - deliver client projects, work on proposals and support development of internal health assets.

- Candidate should be comfortable working at the middle and senior levels of client organization

- Candidate should be able to work with limited direction and should be self-driven

- Should possess excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

- Should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- Should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team oriented and collaborative approach.
