If you are our Quality Manage - Process Improvement in India, you will have a chance to :

- Lead and Manager End to End process excellence and Quality control for Remote Services and Shared services function.

- Assist Operations in continual quality improvement projects

- Business Reporting/Insights via Power BI.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

- 5 - 7 years experience in Quality Management for IT Service Management and Delivery Functions.

- Exposure and should have Managed ISO 9001/27001 audits.

- Well versed with Escalation Management, Gap Assessments, Continual improvement plans and measures.

- Prior experience with Retail IT services will be considered as added advantage.

- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

- Exposure and should have Managed ISO 9001/27001 audits.

Work location : Reliance Corporate Park, Thane Belapur Road, Ghansoli

6 Days mandatory working, Sunday is fixed off
