- Provides end to end leadership for part of a large project or own a small project. Be accountable for all aspects of the technical development to support overall implementation or Support.
- Must have worked for 6 – 10 years in the industry, preferably in a customer facing role and worked on at least 3-4 implementations. Demonstrated leadership in leading technical track, and worked across the different stages of application implementation and maintenance.
- 3 to 4 end to end implementation project experience in Peoplesoft HRMS, along with support experience (payroll module)
- Should be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision
- Project management experience
- Experience on interfaces
