Position Overview : The Technical Lead will lead, plan, direct, coordinate, drive and oversee software development and troubleshooting technical issues that involve software development, engineering tasks and product releases. The Opportunity : Job Responsibilities : - Oversee the company's technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. - Resolve client queries as per the SLA's defined in the contract. - High proficiency in Data Structure and Algorithms. - Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. - Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes. - Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality requirements. - Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques. - Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment. - Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. - Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders. - Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults, and provide evaluations in order to improve them. - Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration. - Recruiting, mentoring, training and fostering teams. Who we are looking for: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.(IIT/NIT etc.) - Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup. - Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. - Affinity for technology and employing systems and agencies to drive business initiatives. - Passion for innovation and creative ideas. - A leader with strong analytical and creative skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast growing & dynamic environment. - Proven leadership expertise with effective team building skills and conflict resolution management. - Experience in working with a startup is a pre-requisite.
