Job Role: As a Performance Marketing Team Lead, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost revenue. The Opportunity: Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead paid (Google, Facebook, Instagram), owned (social media content, organic traffic) and earned (digital PR, influencer marketing) media efforts to achieve business objectives. 2. Derive occupancy and sales through multiple Digital platforms and campaigns along with existing team. 3. Create best in class agencies network for digital marketing channels and objectively monitor output via KPIs. 4. Monitor and track key metrics through building and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards for senior management. 5. Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy. 6. Define audience and channel strategy to achieve optimal business results in the context of the customer journey and user flow. 7. Create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, sales and conversions. 8. Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and performance marketing teams. 9. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI). 10. Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics and ROI tracking for our digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments. Skills & Qualifications Required: 1. Minimum 3 years of prior experience working at a digital marketing agency or a high growth startup in a similar role. 2. Understanding of how to plan, develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns using paid media. 3. Obsessed with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEO. 4. Hands-on understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. 5. Understanding of A/B testing, marketing analytics tools, and platforms like Facebook Business Manager & AdWords. 6. Ability to fuse popular culture current affairs with business-centric advertising. 7. Ability to exercise initiative, work effectively under pressure & pay attention to detail.
