Payroll Specialist Human Resource Position Overview You must have at least a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience into payroll. Should have handled everything into payroll from scratch. Responsibilities - HR Payroll management for in-house employees. - Daily attendance management for all employees. - Induction of New Employee. - Data Management / MIS Report. - Managing and improving payroll operations. - Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA - To ensure attendance , payroll Management, Leave Management, Conveyance reimbursement, etc. - Good knowledge of MS OFFICE , EXCEL , GOOD communication skills and writing skills. - Managing joining formalities , FnF settlement of employees, Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus etc). - Handling and maintaining entire database of employees. - Handling Employee grievance of salaries, PF, ESIC , leave, etc and resolving the same on day to day basis. - Track & ensure all statutory compliance are met and are in order as per clients requirement. - Handle day to day accounting entries. - Payroll Compensation,/Payroll Processing/salary processing. Qualifications - Bachelor / Masters degree - Hands on, strong functional knowledge and a minimum of 3 - 5 years in house payroll experience - Strong vendor management skill - Strong influence and stakeholder management skill - Excellent Excel skills - Experience in attendance management - Good communication skills - Experience in Data management / MIS
