The Opportunity: Job Responsibilities: - Create content for all external and internal communication. - Regularly produce and assist the existing team on various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs etc. - Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms. - Edit content produced by other members of the team. - Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas. - Closely working with the leadership team for all content related subjects. Skills Required: - Bachelor's/ masters degree in English, Journalism or related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience as a content writer/editor, preferably in a startup. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment. - Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. - The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines. - Prior experience in managing a team.
