Position Overview:

The Payroll Manager/Senior Manager will oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

What the Job Involves:

- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

- Manage payroll activities for a large workforce, including salary calculations, benefits administration, and statutory deductions.

- Stay abreast of relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure payroll compliance at all times.

- Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

- Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

What we are looking for:

- MBA in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

- 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in payroll management.

- Proven experience managing payroll for a large and diverse workforce.

- Experience in working fast-paced startups

- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, and compliance.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in payroll software and systems.
