The opportunity: Job Responsibilities: - Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's goals. - Assists in the development of the sales and BD plan. - Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning. - Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally. - Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach-out, onboarding, activation, and expansion. - Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals. - Work collaboratively across teams - Product and Marketing. - Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives. - Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. - Transactional Advisory. - Understanding corporate capital markets. - Lease management including administration, abstraction, payments and audits. - Purchase & Cost saving initiatives as per budget parameters. - Crisis management. - Site visits & inventory check. - On-boarding new properties as per Housr standards. - Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects. Who we are looking for: - 5-8 years of experience in sales, operations and business development. - Extremely high ownership , self starter ability to get hands dirty, and work in a constantly changing and fast growing environment. - Comfortable in multitasking and working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. - Should have excellent leadership and people management skills. - Must have strong experience in building, training and managing a team. - Comfortable with travel in a dynamic and uncertain start-up environment. - Experience in working in Co-living industry. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
