Position Overview:

The Business Head will be responsible for the developing a channel partner ecosystem, negotiating and managing business relationships, informing product development of market needs and identifying new opportunities for our business to capitalize on.

The opportunity:


Job Responsibilities:


- Prepare periodic sales report.

- Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.

- Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings

- End to end business development of the assigned territory which includes planning and building short and long-term supply.

- Identifying and finalizing new properties and maintaining a strong relationship with all the stakeholders to run properties profitably.

- Track upcoming developments & create a pipeline.

- Market Mapping Survey of New Potential location.

- Complete and process appropriate legal documents and forms from the landlord related to the lease.

- Liaison between landlord and other departments in the company Like Accounts, Legal and Store Operations Team.

- Ensuring timely closure of the agreements with the legal and property owners.

- Accountable for delivering P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs.

- Develop a comprehensive and aligned business development and sales plan for the organization.

- Responsible for lead generation from each channel and sales closure of the same.

- Driving the sales via the existing team at a PAN India level.

- Responsible for building supply and demand channels for assigned clusters.

- Market research- Understand and Identify the channels that can help in demand generation & competition identification.

- Own the micro market- demand generation through new and existing corporates and sales closure.

- Sales forecasting and analysis, drive sales statistically keeping in view of competitive analysis, tracking the ROI and reporting.

Who we are looking for:

- 5-7 years of experience in a high growth operations-based startup, Real-Estate or other consumer companies

- High sense of ownership and a penchant for excellence

- Prior experience in operations or category management a bonus

- Extremely high ownership, self-starter ability to get hands dirty, and work in a constantly changing and fast-growing environment.

- Dynamic personality with personal initiative and strong leadership, time management and presentation skills.

- Strong team player who can enthuse and galvanize colleagues around the overall

organization's goals and mission.

- Previous Experience in managing a team across different cities.

- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground.

- Preferably from the B2C sales background.

- Demonstrate high presentation, prospecting and negotiation skills.

- Maintain Client Relationships and troubleshoot problems as per the ground situations.
