Housing.com is a Mumbai-based Real Estate Portal that aims to provide 360 degree solutions to meet all of its user's real estate needs. The company was founded in 2012 on a map-based home-search interface, the first of its kind. The company has since grown on a platform of innovation, transparency and data-based solutions. Housing.com started with the mission to make Real Estate simple. And it has made big strides in that direction. Now, we want to change the Land market BIG TIME.

Land is a separate business unit, a separate brand in the group of companies that Housing is becoming now. Our vision is to make the Global Land market 100% efficient by removing all information asymmetry in the overall Land Ecosystem. The aim is not only to capture the existing market but also to create a very big market by enabling transparency. We are not just building a digital destination but an ecosystem. The most efficient and exhaustive ecosystem that will take care of anything related to Land and land transactions. Over time making the market so friction-less that land can be traded as stocks on the exchange.

Land is 10x more complex and 10x more challenging than anything we have done so far. No one in the world has really put in their minds to make Land simple, simply because it is too difficult. If we do not, probably no one else will. Opportunity is huge and almost unfathomable, but we will have to innovate a lot as there are no established benchmarks. Precisely why we are assembling the best team across the world to work on cutting edge problems.

Requirements:

1. Expertise in end-to-end admin & facility management, service management, vendor management, fleet and travel management, infrastructure management with large scale administration operation experience

2. Led the project management initiatives of the Firm to execute office design and development, project execution, refurbishment and commissioning of the office in all respects

3. Let a team of admin executives and managers to ensure all day to day admin related operations are managed resulting in very high employee satisfaction

Experience:

5-10 years of relevant work experience in reputed organizations exercising administrative responsibilities

Qualifications:

Post Graduate Management / MBA or equivalent;

Preferably Masters in Operational Engineering

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate policies and operating budgets for various administration activities and optimize costs

2. Ensure smooth functioning of security, housekeeping, fleet management, front office, cafeteria, guest houses, etc.

3. Organize periodic training of contract staff from security and housekeeping to ensure service standards are maintained

4. Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency

5. Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations

6. Manage leasing of facility space. Participate in architectural and engineering planning and design, including space and installation management

7. Identify and negotiate with vendors for all matters related to facilities and general administration

8. Team Management: - Manage the entire Administration team. - Allocation of responsibilities to team members Performance management, training & conflict resolution among the team members

9. Delivering responsibilities on total administrative areas ranging from policy compliance by employees to travel, accommodation, vendor management, contract administration, inventory management, security and safety of assets as well as personnel and adherence to legal requirements

10. Plan, organize, direct and control the work activities of the team members in order to provide prompt and efficient services

11. Initiate vendor development and identification programs for various services with the objective of maintaining sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with partners

12. Analyzing the need, developing and executing the support systems and putting in place required systems for services like security, safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, pantry operations, office stationery and parking management

Desired Skills and Qualities:

1. Analytical Thinking: to be able to study a situation in a systematic way, identify cause-effect relationships, anticipate obstacles, consider several alternatives and mitigation plans and derive logical conclusions

2. Planning and organizing skills - to be able to see a project through from conceptualization to completion

3. Excellent Interpersonal and cross function networking skills and ability to build trust and rapport and manage expectations of internal customers and vendors

4. Office space recruit/management

5. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

6. Systematic approach, Multi-tasking, Time management and Team management

7. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

8. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
