Housing.com|| Regional Operations Manager - Delhi & NCR Region
Overview :
Oversee the entire Operations to enhance sales performance of the Regional Operations. Maintain relationship with existing customers and acquire new clients for listings and revenue generation. Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for leading Housing's entire secondary (broker) business in Delhi/NCR & Kolkata, focused primarily on partnering with brokers to run effective and efficient operations
2. Will be responsible for complete ownership of resources and achievements within the Region, including the operations teams and strategy
3. Dynamic and aggressive business leader with an entrepreneurial mind set to command substantial resources (financial and human capital) and develop + execute appropriate strategies to ensure desired end results
4. Monitoring institution coverage & competitor activities. Responsible for developing, executing and monitoring operations and distribution plan in the region in order to ensure achievement of listings targets
5. To measure the performance of respective teams with regard to the set evaluation parameters- operations management performance assessments and operations performance metrics.
6. To determine methods for motivating the operations force such as contests, recognition, achievable but challenging goals, meetings with representatives participation.
7. Responsible for the entire gamut of lead management, operations development for the region
8. Monitoring team productivity as per defined matrix thereby achieving listings and coverage target
9. Driving scale and growth through proper planning and precise execution
10. Data management to ensure 100% coverage in assigned territory and tracking other key parameters
11. Ensure client relationship management
12. Team / People Development - Hiring and training of Business Development Executives, Business Development Managers
13. Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build as a flagship brand for Property Services in the respective region
14. Responsible for service delivery ensuring client retention and references
15. Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
16. Will be responsible for achieving targets in the designated areas
17. Developing and maintaining of database regular reporting & follow-ups
18. Achieve supply targets on monthly basis through maintaining broker funnel with the help of Business Development Executives & Business Development Managers.
19. Mapping of new properties and new brokers in designated territories, acquisition of new properties and new brokers to ensure coverage across designated territory
20. Relationship Management with existing clients to ensure 100% renewals and coverage of client's properties.
21. Achieving Supply & Coverage targets.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
1. Bachelors/PGDBM / MBA from a good business school with 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales and Operations
2. Should have been in a similar role currently or managing a larger area of operations with team handling background
Skills
1. Excellent salesmanship in Retail Sales or Operations
2. Exhibited sales skills and go-getter attitude
3. Excellent communication (both written and oral) and organizational skills
4. Good Business Acumen
5. Exhibited ability to utilize creative techniques to run large scale operations
6. Good to have experience in E-commerce products
Desirable Competencies
1. Prior P&L ownership and multifaceted team management across sales, marketing, and operations
2. Candidate with Real Estate & E-commerce experience will be a good fit. Strategically agile, Result driven Business leader
3. Willing to join a start-up and rough it out till business settles down
