Duties And Responsibilities:

- Preparing & maintaining the Engagement Calendar on monthly / quarterly basis. Define a structured Engagement Plan across business units.

- Organizing & handling the monthly birthday celebrations, activities & contests on the floor within the stipulated budget.

- Ensuring timely circulation of internal communications, mailers to the employees about various initiatives.

- Conducts skip level meetings and One-on-ones.

- Meet with the Team Leaders/Managers and Teams at regular intervals to understand their concerns and to apprise them of any HR updates

- Taking ownership in content uploading & handling of the Intranet portal.

- Generating floor intelligence report - A monthly discussion with the Senior Manager of the program to discuss the major issues.

- Analyzing & tracking the feedback from the stakeholders.

- Grievance Handling - To understand employee grievance and to give them a permanent solution on the same.

- Floor support - To conduct focus groups and one-on-ones to understand the motivation level on the floor and plan for activities accordingly.

- SPOC for Internal Job Postings - To communicate current openings to all the employees and also make sure that interested employees apply for the same.

- Database (HRMS) updation and maintenance - To provide inputs to the PS team on changes in Employee Status and thereby maintain the master employee database for each employee in the individual programs

- Employee engagement activities- Fun at work activities to have a high energy level on the work floor

- Policies - Implementation of HR Policies rolled out by CHRO and provides critical support and feedback in the process.

- Performance Management system - To ensure authenticated data reaching the right person for appraisals

- Code of conduct implementation - To ensure each employee follows the code of conduct of the organization

- Rewards and Recognition Works with the CHR team in driving the monthly program to recognize the talented and outstanding employees by ensuring nominations, ratification of data and analysis of the same.

- Creating awareness about the recently launched Intranet portal among employees.

- Designing & Conducting the Reward & Recognition programs to boost employee morale.

- Conducting the Induction presentation for new joiners on weekly / bi weekly basis.

- Updating & managing the HR Notice Boards.

- Educating employees about the policies & practices of the organization.

- Supporting the HR Business partners & HR Operation team.

- Other ad hoc Projects.

Accountability:

- Development, implementation and coordination of Employee Engagement activities,

- Performance Management System, Grievance Handling, Employee Relations
