Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead interdependent teams of Data Collection, Data Verification and Customer Relations on day to day basis.

- Continuous optimization of current work process.

- Monitoring, recruiting, training & motivating the manpower & ensuring quality services in the market.

- Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments in conjunction with the pricing, sales, or distribution of the products.

- To identify areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
