- Worked in an agile environment

- Knowledge in task managements tools like Jira

- Knowledge in IT domain

- Strong coaching skills and collaboration abilities

- Ability to work closely with Business heads to create and maintain the Product Backlog aligned with the product vision and roadmap

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
