Job Description: - Formulate the strategy and execution of all online demand generation, with a laser-focus on data-driven decisions that generate new users for our products - Own the strategy and road-map for paid acquisition efforts, with top priorities being continual traffic growth and increased conversions. - Define, plan, and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels including, but not limited to, paid search, display/re-targeting, paid social, etc. that result in sales qualified opportunities. - Should be able to analyse the business holistically, target audience and competitor's campaigns. - Should be single-handedly able to launch, run and analyze campaigns. - Hardcore lead generation experience with e-commerce clients, service-based clients. - Ability to think and run creative campaigns based on target audience profiling. Skills required: - Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. - Experience with B2C social media, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM. - Familiarity or knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Marketing, and native content platforms - Creativity and willingness to experiment and try new things all in the name of driving leads and revenue. - Data and response driven. You analyze the performance of past efforts to improve future ones.
