Our best choice would meet all of the following requirements: Requirement: - 4+ years of Digital marketing experience - Strong Digital background and comfortable driving insights - Problem solver and able to find creative ways to drive growth - Proven track record in managing and growing Google AdWords, Facebook, affiliate channels - Proven track record in optimizing channels and bringing CAC down What would you be doing- - Manage SEM (PPC), SEO, Facebook and 3rd Party Re-targeting channels of House joy - Manage and grow affiliate channels - Scale App installs and revenue from the SEM channel with the help of app analytics and attribution tools - Responsible for monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets of all channels - Manage the team and support them to achieve their individual targets - Review hourly performance/funnels on analytical tools and take actions accordingly to improve the performance - Landing page optimization to improve conversion and organic keyword ranking - Data analysis and optimize campaigns based on insights and ultimately reduce CAC and improve performance - Should have handled a budget of 50 Lacs approximate digital spends
