Looking for Senior Manager - Buying & Planning for the in house Women's Wear brand The role & responsibilities include : - Optimize business performance, by effective merchandise and space planning to deliver operational targets - NSV, Margin, OTB, SPSF & Sell through. - Provide timely recommendations and strategic actions to maximize sales, margin, optimize inventory and mitigate risk. - Create and present divisional forecasts and action plans - Create the right assortment offer at the right price, in the right quantities, at the right time at the various points of sale. - Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends to deliver high-quality products and facilitate sustainable growth. - Developing in-season forecasts and future merchandise plans. - Incorporate the estimated impact of seasonal marketing stories, initiatives and key consumer moments into plans. - To ensure inputs on replenishment/stocking parameters provided to Operations team. Required Skills & Qualification : - Min 8 yrs of exp in Women's wear buying and planning - Analytical skill - Planning skills - Good oral and written communication - Presentation skills - Negotiation skills - People Management - Time Management
