HR Business Partner - Corporate

The HR Business Partner will be partnering with the BU/Functional Leaders in executing people strategy and talent plans to deliver business goals and is responsible for the overall execution of the strategy and plan. The individual will also be responsible for delivering employee experience and people processes impacting productivity and is the guardian of the culture.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees in support functions, fostering strong relationships, and facilitating communication with relevant HODs.

- Collaborate with business units to design and implement rewards and recognition programs that enhance employee motivation and job satisfaction.

- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new employees, including orientation sessions and personalized welcome communications.

- Address employee grievances promptly, identify recurring issues, and propose effective solutions. Provide counselling and support as needed.

- Oversee the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in alignment with organizational objectives, facilitating constructive feedback and positive outcomes.

- Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews, facilitating clearance procedures, and issuing relieving letters in a timely manner.

- Facilitate employee retention meetings within seven working days of receiving resignation notices, providing actionable feedback to relevant managers.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including skip-level meetings, skip sessions, and fostering a culture of fun and collaboration in the workplace.

Desired Experience :

- 5+ years of relevant Strategic HRBP experience, preferably from Retail Experience.

- High on ownership, Problem solving and strategic thinking skills

- Prior experience working with headcount above 300+ preferred

- Strong Functional knowledge of Human Resources around Organizational behavior, Performance management , Leadership development practices is a must.
