Job Responsibility:
- Handling recruitment planning
- Handling recruitment assignments including screening applications, interviewing candidates and short-listing candidates
- Implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes.
- Responsible for promoting excellent employee relations across the organization
- Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues.
- Developing and managing effective staff communication.
- Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.
Requirement:
- Preferred 3-4 years of experience
- Able to work well under pressure and make decisions.
- Good command of both written & spoken English.
- Experience in MS office
