Hiring Manager's Speak :

We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. As we increase our scale, we plan to add to our existing user base through highly personalized and targeted marketing initiatives. As part of the team, you- ll be responsible to lead planning for Digital Marketing Function by mapping business challenges to digital marketing goals and delivering detailed roadmap for growth enable Hotstar to maximize impact of advertising through the use of a range of media.

Your key responsibilities :

- Build quarterly go-to-market plans for SVOD and AVOD businesses, including the channel mix and campaigns

- Creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign

- Leverage market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages, and ensure creative validation through testing

- Front cross functional planning with Brand, Social, Communication, Analytics & Retention teams to ensure acquisition channels are properly leveraged into integrated marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with the Agency, Search & Display Team to create a detailed media plan towards the campaign

- Curate insights from FB Business Manager, FB Audience insights, DS or DCM on customer segmentation and journey. Validate optimization hypotheses through A/B testing

- Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimise ROI, including highlighting potential investment tradeoffs between channels

What to bring

- MBA and Engineering background with 4-8 years of experience in driving fast user growth for a direct-to-consumer business at scale companies in Ecommerce/Mobile OEMs/Telecom/CPG preferred

- Shown successful track record in digital marketing while working against bold CPA and revenue goals with domain expertise in Search, Display and Video Ecosystems

- Strong analytical, planning and multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives, as well as a keen marketing sense to maximise resonance with target audiences

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, self-start, contribute and work in an entrepreneurial environment
