We're seeking an unbelievably talented digital marketer to build the engagement marketing team from the ground up - define the marketing strategy for organic channels and spearhead the growth team of these channels, building upon what Hopscotch has brought to Indian Moms so far.

- If you have the right stuff to join the Hopscotch marketing team, you'll be working with expert marketers across paid, search, display, mobile and email channels in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. The role requires a strong brand focus and the ability to think both short-term and long-term. You are responsible for defining the brand and content vision and working hand-in-hand with the creative and external partners to execute on your vision. As marketers, we are deeply passionate about the overall customer experience, and so we believe the best marketers love working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, product managers and creative to deliver that top-notch first and repeat the experience

About the Role - 

1. Build the best in class engagement marketing team focused on growing organic and direct revenue.

2. Develop a deep understanding of the customer - Mothers. Build customer personas and identify how these different cohorts contribute to revenue.

3. Spearhead the content calendar, targeting the different customer personas, which entails onsite visual merchandising, social media editorial content, community management, and offline engagements

4. Responsible for content marketing that can help the brand/private labels/new launches. Content marketing includes dealing with creative agencies to produce content - video, image or blogs; bloggers and blogger community; Whatsapp marketing, influencer campaigns etc.

5. User Generated Content (UGC): Outline the product and growth strategy for the in-house engagement platform Moments (www.hopscotch.in/moments).

6. Track the performance of Hopscotch social media assets (executing and tracking social media content calendar) - engagement rate, FB/Insta/Twitter fan analysis, fan growth, organic growth vs inorganic growth etc. - you need to research the various tools available in the market and recommend the best option basis SOV for Hopscotch account, the cost & suitability to e-commerce.

7. Analyse digital assets of competitors, e-commerce, and fashion brands in order to ascertain best practices and implement the same for Hopscotch.

8. Explore ALL social media avenues. Social is not only on Facebook and Instagram - it is also Whatsapp, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tumblr etc

9. Responsible for identifying partnership opportunities for Hopscotch - online and offline

10. Handling online and offline PR to maintain the buzz within the mommy community. Evaluate if we need to have an agency on retainer or engage them on a project basis.
