We are seeking a hands-on, innovative, detail-oriented, analytical and customer-obsessed Senior Brand Manager to manage the top of the funnel (TOFU) strategy and branding for one of the most exciting categories at Hopscotch - our private labels

If you have the right stuff to join the Hopscotch marketing team, you'll be working with expert marketers across paid, search, display, mobile and email channels in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. The role requires a strong brand focus and the ability to think both short-term and long-term.

As Hopscotch's leader of Brand Marketing, you will have a strong understanding of the consumer, consumer marketing, brand planning and will be responsible for developing Hopscotch's brand strategy and message via effective brand planning, communication strategies, and advertising plans.

About the Role

1. Spearhead the growth strategy for the 3 private labels - Si Rosa, Si Noir and Skye & Ray

2. Define each of the brands' architecture, define its target audience, build customer personas, understand how they behave on our website/app and how they are engaging with the brand on social media (though social listening).

3. Own all customer touchpoints for the brands - Onsite visual merchandising, product photography, content marketing, cataloging, social media, ORM, packaging, product quality and delivery

4. Identify the right media mix to target these customers and maximize the SOV on the target channels

5. Work with the creative team to define clutter breaking visual language for each of the 3 brands

6. Collaborate with the merchandising and product teams on acquisition & retention - devising effective integrated marketing campaigns and possibly generate insights for digital strategy

7. Analyse digital assets of competitors, e-commerce, and fashion brands in order to ascertain best practices for growing private labels

8. Co-own the content calendar with the Digital Marketing Manager, targeting the different customer personas, which entails onsite visual merchandising, social media editorial content, community management, and offline engagements

Requirements

1. 5-10 years of experience in both online and offline marketing to drive B2C customer acquisition

2. 2+ years of digital marketing experience

3. Demonstrate extensive experience in brand planning, brand planning tools, building brand book and show proven expertise in creative development, measurement, and execution

4. Demonstrated analytical skills, able to actively participate with research teams to analyze brand perception and sales results from ad campaigns, developing plans based on research analysis and output

5. Demonstrated success identifying new brand development opportunities, possible environmental or competitive threats

6. Management skills leading both high performing direct and indirect reports and excellent cross-functional expertise

7. Experience in testing and scaling ad environments and in developing new media channels effectively

8. Strong data-driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful marketing programs
