Hopscotch - Assistant Manager - Catalog & Studio (IIT/NIT grads)

We are looking to hire Asst Manager-Catalog and Studio. The individual is expected to work in a fast-paced environment, be highly process oriented, demonstrate high ownership and bias for action.

Job Location: Mumbai

Exp: 0 - 5 years

1. Own cataloging and studio metrics, processes and costs.

2. Drive cross functional projects such as automation, process, productivity and TAT improvements.

3. Extensively interact with merchandising teams and fulfill the cataloging requirements to ensure products are taken live within timelines. Plan hiring of in-house/out-sourced manpower.

The ideal candidate will have experience in :

1. Workflow automation, process design (must have).

2. Managing large teams (must have)

3. Data driven problem solving (must have)

4. Cataloging and e-commerce(preferable)
