Job Roles and Responsibilities

- Experience in Bid Management, responding to RFP and other Presales activities including giving demonstrations of our product to prospective clients.

- Anchoring responses to Proactive (proposals) as well as Reactive (RFP/RFI) bids as a SPOC for timely submission.

- Proactively identify and propose improvements or innovations to services, product functionality, or processes.

- Assists the sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and account-specific sales plans.

- Effectively coordinate with stakeholders to design a solution response.

- End-to-end ownership of the proposal response to the client for timely submission.

- A consultative mindset to look at the big picture by identifying the c

- Actively contribute to client engagements for business process mapping and requirement workshops.

- Work with clients to define the most optimal future state operational processes.

- Function as a liaison to Business and IT, internally and externally to communicate a clear understanding of the business requirements and solutions.

- Craft pitches/proposals/presentations/workshop plans for sales executives to use in the sales discussions and take end-to-end ownership of the RFP/RFI/RFQ.

- Conversant with recent technology trends including new-age technologies.

- Leading business/technical analysis sessions to support new business development efforts to meet current and projected business needs.

- Contribute to strategic and operational objectives by helping prospects achieve real and sustainable value through consulting around better solutions to their problems and thus growing profitability through developing client relationships and winning opportunities.

- Provide thought leadership and innovation, advising internal groups and leading initiatives on business operations excellence.

Desired Skills and Experience

- 8 years of relevant (Pre-Sales) experience in an IT services company.

- Good understanding of the IT Services landscape - From Traditional stack (SDLC) to NextGen stack (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Big Data, etc.)

- Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and a good understanding of the End-to-End sales life cycle.

- Good presentation skills, well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposals, case studies, marketing collateral, etc.

- Very good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to navigate and get the required information from various stakeholders to design a compelling solution/proposal.
