PPMS
- This position is within the Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions (ACS) business group, leading P2P projects associated with our SAP deployments across the ACS businesses.
- The Procure to Pay (P2P) Project Manager requires focus on enabling an efficient end to end procurement and payment process in support of our Common Process / Systems eProcurement initiatives.
- Responsibilities include detailed metrics and updates for assigned processes and initiatives, leading procurement projects/programs to increase procurement efficiency, effectiveness and standardization, as well as other ad hoc activities as may be identified from time to time.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Collaborate with the SBU Sourcing, Finance CoE, and SAP CoE resources to identify, plan and implement recommended solutions to improve the P2P process and systems
- Own the P2P improvement action plan and manage the execution of that plan. Reporting of project status to key stakeholders across Procurement (xSBG, CST, CoE- s)
- Own the P2P scorecard and dashboard creation, analysis and distribution
- Partner with the EMEA Issue Resolution Specialists, NA Issue Resolution Specialists, and GCSC Issue Resolution Specialists to help execute the issue resolution strategy
- Data analysis, reporting and preparation of presentation material on MS Project, Access, Power Point, & Excel
- Leading projects designed to streamline and standardize some of the key procurement processes, involving cross-functional project teams
- Identify, plan and implement recommended solutions to improve the P2P process and systems, monitor action plan execution.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years work Procurement or Sourcing experience including a minimum of 3 years of Project Management
Additional Qualifications :
- MBA or other post graduate degree a plus
- Greenbelt certification, Six Sigma Black belt or Lean expert certification strongly desired
- Ability to review and analyze data from multiple external and internal sources
- Knowledge of related functions such as Finance/AP, Legal/Contracts and Strategic Sourcing
- Balances fact-finding and analysis with a propensity to drive action and results
- Demonstrated ability to understand and drive processes with a customer focus and good program management skills.
