Director Sales: West and South India
The Director of Sales will play an instrumental role in building enterprise cybersecurity business in West and South India and will be carrying the sales quota for the region.
Key Expectations:
- Presence, Credibility, and confidence to Open Doors for Large deals
- Excellence in Sales: Personal Focus and Discipline to Pursue Targets in a Meticulous manner
- Strong Understanding of Cybersecurity Requirements, Market, and Products
- Strong Personal Network and connect with at least 200 CIOs / CEOs / CSOs
- Anchor large deals and have hands-on capabilities to run the deal if needed
- Ensure Deal Profitability and Margins
- The Sales Director is required to identify new opportunities and present solutions, value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models to clients that meet their needs.
Domain: IT Solution/Software Solution/Cyber Security Solution
Experience:
- Min 4-5 years of experience either with MSSP or enterprise sales in cyber security solutions
- At least 12-15 Yrs experience in Sales
- Experience in complex solutions selling to CXOs with a proven track record of over-achievement
- Strong experience in Sales methodology with a process-driven approach to Sales
- Ability to work independently with little instruction on day-to-day workload
- Building meaningful long-term customer relationships up to C-level
- In-depth knowledge of competitors and ability to apply successful sales strategies
- Flexible to adapt quickly to short, new missions or urgent deadlines
- Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to customers, partners, and ETEK
Qualifications:
- Professional in Engineering/IT/Related areas/MBA.
