Position Summary Description : This position will work directly with Senior Management and has to take ownership for Brand and Product marketing for the company. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, content writing and working in collaboration with the team. - Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns - Manage design and content team and its output related to marketing efforts - Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and website - Assess the performance at regular intervals and define diverse campaigns to drive more traffic and awareness in the right audience - Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance - Manage social media handles and work with the website team to ensure it is updated - Work with the PR agency to increase our share of voice in the market and creating a thought leadership for the right spokesperson - Be very hands on as you will be expected to independently run the work Minimum Requirements : - 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, direct marketing and SEO will be an added advantage - Preferably an MBA in Marketing or Mass Communications or Media major - In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics - Exceptional communication skills, both written &amp; verbal - Creative and out of the box thinking to build out a new consumer brand
