Qualifications / Role We are looking to hire a rock star Marketing Head who is as passionate about the product as we are. Someone who deeply understands customer psyche &amp; can position the product accordingly. They will play a pivotal role in defining the company's overall marketing strategy geared towards customer acquisition and brand development. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the company to achieve the sales targets aligned with the cost of acquisition set in the plan in accordance with budgets and customer acquisition targets - Develop the perfect messaging to promote the service and get people excited about the concept during the pilot phase - Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and marketing staff - Spearhead ATL and BTL activities to promote sales and increase brand awareness - Execute campaigns geared towards corporate partnerships and launching of new products - Prepare budgets for each quarter and allocate them to respective marketing channels - Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements The Ideal Candidate :&nbsp; - Proven experience of developing and implementing successful operations in service delivery roles while being able to manage budgets - Strong financial acumen to align strategies with cost of acquisition and sales targets - Thorough knowledge of digital and offline marketing tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, behavioral psychology or related fields - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Analytical and creative thinking - 5-8 years of work experience with a B2C company - Good situational handling
