The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at HomeLane will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and functional / business teams. He/She will be a proactive communicator-someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. Responsibilities - Incumbent will be the point of contact for all business heads for matters pertaining to employee related aspects - He / She will champion the Performance Management / Annual Performance Evaluation process - Assess and make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics - Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring - Collaborate to develop policies, programs, and solutions. Devise R&R mechanism and implementation route - Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary - Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary What are we looking for ? - Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field. - Hands on experience working with multiple human resource disciplines eg. employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, staffing and state employment laws - Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies that address complex business issues in a long-term manner. - A likeable and approachable attitude that people are comfortable forwarding concerns to and seeking advice from, working effectively with staff at all levels within the business. - Start-up experience preferred/Self starter/High on ownership - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
