Job Description : As the owner of the Inside Sales and CRM team, you will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious customer experience, customer acquisition & revenue growth objectives. You will play a leader's role, defining what the Gold star in customer experience looks like in India. The ideal candidate for this role will bring strong relationship management skills combined with solid problem-solving skills and a target-oriented mindset. We serve homeowners looking to get their new home interiors done - almost always a big decision with several parameters to work with. You will be a true guide to every prospect and customer we interact with, ensuring that he/she leaves with a solution. Requirements: - Proven inside sales / relationship management experience - Track record of overachieving targets - Excellent People Management Skills- should have had experience in being managers' manager; to have led team size of 70+ in the past. - Strong phone presence and experience outbound/telesales calling - Experience in driving productivity & performance metrics goals - Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Entrepreneurial mindset- to constantly think of more efficient ways of doing things. - Graduation/Post Grad or equivalent - Understanding of home interiors domain a bonus Category: 1. People Management - To ensure that all Customer Relationship Executive meet/exceed the prospecting targets provided to them by leading a team of city TLs. Track the performance of the team and guide them consistently to meet business objectives. Activities involved are: a) Conduct daily team huddles b) Share previous days performance c) Discuss strategies & goals for the day d) Monitor individual productivity metrics e) Monthly 1:1 with team members f) Ensure team is motivated at all times g) Ensure punctuality & timeliness h) Track & communicate performance trend at agent level i) Resource planning (Track & maintain Roster/Attendance) 2. Customer Experience Management : - To ensure that the team delivers WOW experience on every call that's made or received. To conduct daily random call quality audits & determine training opportunity areas. Activities involved are: a) Remote & shadow monitoring b) Determine TNA c) Conduct timely refreshers d) Monitor improvement e) Reward successes 3. Lead Management : - Conducts periodic checks on all the lead inflow and stages, in order to increase L:M conversion and churn out better results. Activities involved: a) Monitor lead in-flow queue b) Report errors and get them resolved c) Keeping a tight watch on leads dispositions d) Ensure efficient lead assignment e) Perform periodic checks to see if leads are efficiently churned 4. Performance Management : - Ensure Sales team meets the city-level, experience center-level customer meetings target every month. - Create and send accurate weekly/monthly reports indicating the following: a) Daily dashboard b) Weekly agent productivity & performance report c) Weekly city-wise target vs achieved report
