Program Manager 1) Drive Lead to Meeting across the organization - Achieve monthly and Cohort targets. Drive meeting per Champs to 35 per month. 2) Monitor and drive Calling to 45 calls per day per agent. 3) Lead Management 4) Pincode allocation to showroom and monitor the leads as per showroom targets. 5) Monitor the Source wise leads and share insights to marketing team. 6) Identify the blockers for meetings and resolve them through tech. 7) Ensure all the leads are actioned - Overdue Management. 8) Improve fixed to success from 65% to 75% - through new Initiatives. 9) Create and Drive SOP's. 10) Audit Dead leads and creates a feedback mechanism from the customer for dead leads. 11) Understand the customer requirement and share insight with the marketing and product team regarding the reasons. 12) Share insights to city teams on L2M. 13) Calling, Overdue, Calls per Lead, Bottom quartile Champion performance. External skills and Expertise: 1) This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across HomeLane to drive the development of our product. 2) The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, be energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. 3) Highly proficient in using data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools: Metabase, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets reporting.
