Roles and Responsibilities: - Regular engagement and maintaining good lines of communications with franchisees, to inspire the right mindset to achieve business objectives. - Driving business needs by closing working with business units and aligning franchisees on the same. - Analysis of the franchise P&amp;L and accordingly make interventions to ensure the venture is successful for both partner and Homelane. - Monthly meetings with individual franchisees in your portfolio to discuss performance results, share insights on performance against benchmarks and determine and coordinate - Improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders and franchise - Conducting franchisee town halls and summits on quarterly and annual basis. - Guiding franchisees in the management of operational expenses and refurbishment activities, including experience center and catalogue upgrades. - Updating policies, legal agreements and SOPs and conducting related negotiations. - Running central programs and initiatives to support franchisees do a better job. - You will own the franchise tools available to franchisees for getting into business. - Work in collaboration with the other departments (Property, Finance, Training) to drive delivery of the franchise model. Requirement:- - Qualified in a business discipline with 4-7 years of prior practical operational experience in B2B sales or have experience in a franchise business model - Prides themselves as an excellent communicator - verbally and written - Is comfortable balancing between the interests of the company, brand and franchisees has a level of comfort with presenting to various groups and committees - Outgoing personality who is at ease with conflict management - Highly organized with great relationship building skills and an ability to influence franchise owners to run the best operations they possibly can, aligned to the Homelane model - Enjoy regular travel, as required to meet with franchisees in their cities.
